The service was established to answer our clients requirements and provide them with exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Operating through four regional ofﬁces, Jeddah, Al-Riyadh, Al-Khobar, and Abha, the division employs over hundred thirty-two engineers, in addition to remotely residing engineers who are all highly qualiﬁed and trained to deliver excellent customer service.
Despite of all the difﬁculties they encounter, our devoted engineers have accepted the challenge to visit eighty remote cities in the Kingdom on a regular basis to provide their clients with the equipment service they need. In addition, our service planning and delivery process are managed by well experienced and trained managers in their ﬁeld of expertise, while ensuring to achieve complete customers's satisfaction and quality service delivery, according to the ISO international quality standard certiﬁcation.
